Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Dehradun

  • Arrival: Reach Dehradun, the base for your Char Dham helicopter tour.

    Check-in: A luxury hotel or resort in Dehradun.

    Briefing: Attend a short briefing on the helicopter pilgrimage, safety measures, and the itinerary.

    Evening: Free time to relax or explore Dehradun (visit Robber's Cave, Sahastradhara, or Tapkeshwar Temple).

    Overnight stay: Dehradun hotel.

Day 2: Dehradun to Yamunotri (Kharsali)

  • Morning: Departure from Sahastradhara helipad in Dehradun. Fly to Kharsali Helipad (Yamunotri). Upon landing, a palki (palanquin) or pony ride will be arranged to reach the Yamunotri temple (approx. 6 km trek from helipad).

    Visit Yamunotri Temple: Pay homage to the goddess Yamuna, take a holy dip in the hot springs, and perform puja.

    Afternoon: Return to Kharsali after darshan.

    Overnight stay: Kharsali.

Day 3: Yamunotri to Gangotri

  • Morning: Fly from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil Helipad (Gangotri). A short drive of approx. 25 km will take you to the Gangotri Temple.

    Visit Gangotri Temple: Offer prayers at the temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga and visit the sacred Bhagirathi River.

    Afternoon: Return to Harsil for leisure and sightseeing. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the Harsil valley, with its picturesque landscapes and apple orchards.

    Overnight stay: Harsil.

Day 4: Gangotri to Kedarnath

  • Morning: Fly from Harsil to Phata/Sersi helipad, and then take a shuttle helicopter to Kedarnath Helipad. Walk or take a palki/pony to reach Kedarnath Temple (a short distance from the helipad).

    Visit Kedarnath Temple: Seek blessings at the sacred shrine of Lord Shiva and take part in the special aarti.

    Afternoon: Return to Phata/Sersi after darshan.

    Overnight stay: Near Phata/Sersi.

Day 5: Kedarnath to Badrinath

  • Morning: Fly from Sersi/Phata helipad to Badrinath Helipad. Visit Badrinath Temple, one of the holiest shrines dedicated to Lord Vishnu.

    Visit Badrinath Temple: Offer prayers, participate in rituals, and visit nearby attractions like Mana Village and Vyas Gufa (the last Indian village before the Tibetan border).

    Afternoon: Leisure time for local sightseeing.

    Overnight stay: Badrinath.

Day 6: Badrinath to Dehradun

  • Morning: Early morning aarti at Badrinath Temple. After darshan, depart from Badrinath Helipad and fly back to Dehradun.

    Afternoon: Arrival at Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun. Transfer to hotel or directly to the airport/railway station for departure.
