Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Haridwar (230 km / 6-7 hours)
  • Morning: Depart from Delhi via road and drive to Haridwar.

    Afternoon: Check-in at the hotel and rest.

    Evening: Attend the famous Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri.

    Overnight: Haridwar.

Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot (210 km / 7-8 hours)
  • Morning: Depart early from Haridwar and head towards Barkot via Mussoorie, enjoying Kempty Falls en route.

    Afternoon: Arrive in Barkot and check into the hotel/camp..

    Evening: Rest and acclimatize for the upcoming trek to Yamunotri.

    Overnight: Barkot.

Day 3: Barkot to Yamunotri (36 km drive + 6 km trek) & back
  • Morning: Early departure for Janki Chatti, the base for Yamunotri.

    Trek: Trek 6 km to reach Yamunotri temple. Perform darshan and rituals. Visit Yamuna River's source and Surya Kund (hot springs).

    Afternoon: Trek back to Janki Chatti and return to Barkot by evening.

    Overnight stay: Barkot.

Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi (85 km / 4-5 hours)
  • Morning: Depart from Barkot and drive to Uttarkashi. Visit Prakateshwar Cave along the way.

    Afternoon: Arrive in Uttarkashi. Visit the Vishwanath Temple and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Bhagirathi River.

    Evening: Relax at the hotel and prepare for the Gangotri visit the next day.

    Overnight: Uttarkashi.

Day 5: Uttarkashi to Gangotri (100 km / 4-5 hours) & back
  • Morning: Drive to Gangotri, visiting scenic places like Harsil en route.

    Afternoon: Visit the Gangotri temple, offering prayers at the sacred Ganga River's origin. Spend time at Gauri Kund and Surya Kund.

    Evening: Return to Uttarkashi..

    Overnight stay: Uttarkashi.

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi (220 km / 8-9 hours)
  • Morning: Depart for Guptkashi, a long drive with breaks at Tehri Dam (optional) and Rudraprayag.

    Afternoon: Arrive at Guptkashi and check into the hotel. Visit Ardh Narishwar Temple.

    Evening: Rest and prepare for the Kedarnath trek.

    Overnight: Guptkashi.

Day 7: Guptkashi to Kedarnath (30 km drive + 18 km trek)
  • Morning: Early departure to Sonprayag and then transfer to Gaurikund (the base for Kedarnath trek).

    Trek: Trek 18 km to Kedarnath temple (can be done by foot, pony, or helicopter). Perform darshan at the Kedarnath shrine, which is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva.

    Evening: Stay in Kedarnath (guest house/camp accommodation).

    Overnight: Kedarnath.

Day 8: Kedarnath to Guptkashi (18 km trek + 30 km drive)
  • Morning: After morning darshan at Kedarnath, trek back to Gaurikund.

    Afternoon: Drive back to Guptkashi.

    Evening: Rest after the long trek.

    Overnight: Guptkashi.

    Afternoon: Visit the Badrinath temple for darshan. Afterward, visit nearby attractions like Tapt Kund (hot spring) and Mana Village (the last Indian village).

    Evening: Attend the evening Aarti at Badrinath temple.

    Overnight: Badrinath.

Day10: Badrinath to Rishikesh (290 km / 10-11 hours)
  • Morning: Early departure from Badrinath.

    Drive: Return via scenic roads passing through Rudraprayag and Devprayag.

    Evening: Arrive in Rishikesh. Visit Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and the Triveni Ghat for the evening Ganga Aarti.

    Overnight: Rishikesh.

Day11: Day 11: Rishikesh to Delhi (240 km / 6-7 hours)
