Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar – Local Sightseeing
  • Morning: Arrive in Srinagar and transfer to your hotel or houseboat. Check-in and freshen up.

    Afternoon.

    Visit the famous Mughal Gardens: Nishat Bagh (Garden of Bliss) Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love) Chashme Shahi (Royal Spring)

    Explore Pari Mahal, located on the Zabarwan Range, offering stunning views of Dal Lake and the city.

    Evening: Enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Visit the floating markets and appreciate the beauty of the surrounding mountains and houseboats. Take a leisurely stroll along the Boulevard Road by the lake.

    Overnight Stay: In a Houseboat or hotel in Srinagar.

Day 2: Srinagar – Gulmarg (1.5 to 2-hour drive)
  • Morning: After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg (52 km). The route offers beautiful views of the Kashmiri countryside.

    Midday: Check into your hotel in Gulmarg. Visit the famous Gulmarg Golf Course, which is one of the highest golf courses in the world.

    Afternoon: Take the Gulmarg Gondola ride, the second-highest cable car in the world, to Apharwat Peak. From the top, enjoy panoramic views of the snow-covered mountains and, during winter, indulge in skiing. You can also visit Kongdori (first phase of the Gondola ride) for scenic beauty and snow activities.

    Evening: Return to your hotel and enjoy the cool weather of Gulmarg. Take a walk in the meadows or relax by the hotel.

Day 3: Gulmarg – Srinagar (Return to Srinagar)
  • Morning: Enjoy breakfast in Gulmarg, and spend the morning exploring the lush meadows. If you’re visiting in summer, the meadow is full of wildflowers, and during winter, it’s a paradise for skiers. You can also visit the Maharani Temple and St. Mary’s Church, two prominent landmarks in Gulmarg.

    Afternoon: After lunch, drive back to Srinagar. On the way, stop by the Tangmarg Village, a quaint spot known for its local handicrafts and scenic beauty.

    Evening: Visit the famous Hazratbal Shrine, situated on the northern shores of Dal Lake. It is an important Muslim shrine in Srinagar. Head to the Khanqah-e-Moula, one of the oldest Muslim shrines in Srinagar.

    Overnight Stay: In a houseboat or hotel in Srinagar.

Day 4: Srinagar – Departure
  • Morning: After breakfast, visit the iconic Shankaracharya Temple on Shankaracharya Hill. It offers a 360-degree view of Srinagar and Dal Lake.

    Midday: Visit the Srinagar Old City and explore the local bazaars (markets) for Kashmiri handicrafts, Pashmina shawls, and spices.

    Afternoon: After lunch, transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey.
