Day 1: Arrival at Jim Corbett National Park

  • Morning: Arrive at Ramnagar (nearest town to Jim Corbett National Park). Check-in at your chosen resort/hotel in the buffer zone of Jim Corbett. Freshen up and relax, taking in the scenic beauty of the surrounding wilderness.

    Afternoon: Post lunch, visit the Corbett Museum in Kaladhungi, which houses memorabilia of the famous hunter-turned-conservationist Jim Corbett. Explore the nearby Corbett Falls, a small yet scenic waterfall.

    Evening: Head back to your hotel/resort and enjoy the evening with a bonfire, wildlife documentaries, or a peaceful nature walk. Dinner at the resort.

Day 2: Jungle Safari and Neem Karoli Baba Ashram Visit

  • Early Morning: Wake up early for an exciting Jungle Safari in the Jim Corbett National Park. Popular zones for wildlife spotting: Dhikala, Bijrani, and Jhirna. You might get a chance to spot tigers, elephants, deer, and various bird species. Return to your hotel for breakfast.

    Late Morning: Check out from your hotel and begin your journey to Neem Karoli Baba Ashram at Kainchi Dham (approximately 1.5 to 2 hours from Jim Corbett).

    Afternoon: Arrive at Kainchi Dham and visit the famous Neem Karoli Baba Ashram, known for its spiritual atmosphere and its association with notable followers like Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg. Spend time meditating or exploring the ashram grounds. Afterward, you can explore the small market near the ashram for souvenirs and snacks.

    Evening: Head back to your accommodation in the area (there are some hotels in nearby Nainital or Kainchi Dham itself). Relax and enjoy dinner at the hotel.

Day 3: Nainital Exploration and Departure

  • Morning: Post breakfast, drive towards Nainital (approximately 1 hour from Kainchi Dham). Visit Naini Lake and enjoy boating while taking in the breathtaking views of the mountains. Explore Naina Devi Temple, located by the lake, and stroll through Mall Road, known for its local markets and street food.

    Afternoon: Visit the Snow View Point via cable car for panoramic views of the Himalayas (optional). Enjoy lunch at one of the many cafes or restaurants in Nainital.

    Evening: Depart from Nainital back to your home city (nearest railway station: Kathgodam, nearest airport: Pantnagar Airport).
