  • Morning: Arrival in Jammu Arrive in Jammu, known as the "City of Temples." Transfer to your hotel for check-in and freshen up.

    Afternoon: Jammu Sightseeing Raghunath Temple: Start with a visit to this famous temple dedicated to Lord Rama, one of the largest temple complexes in North India. Mubarak Mandi Palace: Explore the historic Dogra royal residence with a blend of Rajasthani, Mughal, and European architecture. Bagh-e-Bahu: Visit this serene garden near Bahu Fort for a beautiful view of the city and Tawi River.

    Evening: Bahu Fort and Kali Mata Temple: End your day by visiting this ancient fort, which houses a temple dedicated to Goddess Kali, a highly revered site in Jammu. Stroll around the local markets to buy souvenirs or enjoy local snacks.

    Overnight Stay: Hotel in Jammun

Day 2: Jammu to Srinagar (By Flight or Road)
  • Morning: Early breakfast at your hotel. Travel from Jammu to Srinagar either by a short flight or by road (approx. 8-9 hours by car if road option is chosen).

    Afternoon: Arrival in Srinagar – Dal Lake Experience On arrival, check into a houseboat or hotel. After freshening up, enjoy a Shikara ride on the famous Dal Lake. Glide through the floating gardens and the colorful houseboats while taking in the tranquil beauty of the lake.

    Evening: Mughal Gardens Tour: Visit the famous Nishat Bagh (Garden of Joy) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love), beautiful Mughal gardens located on the banks of Dal Lake with stunning views of the Zabarwan range. Visit the Hazratbal Shrine, an important religious site for Muslims, located on the northern shores of Dal Lake.

    Overnight Stay: Houseboat or hotel in Srinagar

Day 3: Srinagar Sightseeing and Departure
  • Morning: Srinagar Sightseeing Shankaracharya Temple: Start your day with a visit to this hilltop temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. It offers panoramic views of Srinagar and Dal Lake. Pari Mahal: Visit this seven-terraced Mughal garden located on the Zabarwan mountain range, offering breathtaking views of Dal Lake and the surrounding landscapes.

    Afternoon: Departure After sightseeing, return to your hotel or houseboat to check out. If time permits, explore local markets to shop for Kashmiri handicrafts, pashmina shawls, and spices. Transfer to the Srinagar Airport for your return flight.

    Optional Add-ons (If Time Permits) If you have an early start, you can visit Sonamarg (2-hour drive from Srinagar) or Gulmarg (1.5-2 hours from Srinagar) to experience the beauty of the high-altitude meadows and mountains. Both can be visited early on Day 2 or as part of your Srinagar tour.
